Maria needed a horse barn that combined maximum ventilation, natural cooling, and thermal protection.
We helped her design a high-clearance 12x40x12 center building flanked by dual 12x40x8 lean-tos. The layout features an insulated interior for temperature control, 10x10 frame-outs, and 10 custom window frame-outs specifically configured for fan installations to maintain continuous, fresh airflow for her horses. The look is completed in a clean white finish with high-contrast black trim.
