What is the lifespan of a steel structure?

A properly built steel structure that is well maintained can last for 50+ years. Most manufacturers provide a 20 year warranty for rust on all steel builds.

Do I need a permit?

Permits are often required for new structures. Please check with your local government to determine if a permit is required. Solid Rock Structures, LLC is not responsible for obtaining your permit.

What can the structure be build on?

Our partners can install steel structures on concrete, gravel, or directly on the ground. However, the location must be level within 3-4" and graded prior to installation.

How long does installation take??

Most buildings install in 1–3 days depending on size.
